When you use Cold2Gold, we collect information you provide directly to us via Google OAuth, including your name and email address. We also store your uploaded resume and any profile details (such as experience and location) you choose to add.
We use your information strictly to provide and improve our services. Specifically, your email and profile data are used to automatically draft and send job application emails on your behalf to recruiters.
Cold2Gold's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only request permissions necessary to send emails on your behalf.
Cold2Gold does not share, transfer, sell, or disclose your Google user data to any third parties, including for advertising, marketing, or data brokering purposes. Your Google data is strictly used internally to provide the core functionality of the app (sending job application emails on your behalf).
Cold2Gold retains your Google user data (such as your email address, profile information, and authentication tokens) only for as long as your account is active and necessary to provide our services. You can request the complete deletion of your account and all associated Google user data at any time by contacting us at cold2gold@bugslayer.in. Upon receiving a deletion request, we will permanently delete all your Google user data from our active databases within 30 days.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Authentication tokens are encrypted at rest, and we do not store sensitive recruiter emails on the client side.
